THAI FOOD RECIPE FIELD CRAB CURRY


INGREDIENTS AND PROPORTIONS

  1. Field crab 20-30 Pcs.
  2. Chili 20-30 Pcs.
  3. Galangal 3-4 Pcs.
  4. Lemon grass 1-2 Pcs.
  5. Lime leaf 7-10 cards
  6. Garlic 1 Pcs.
  7. Pickled fish
  8. Fish sauce
  9. Dill
  10. Onion


HOW TO COOK

  1. Clean the crabs.
  2. Remove the arm and the chest. Take only the meat and legs. And crab oil
  3. Pound crab to crush, filter only remove crab juice.
